摘要:为确保再生纤维素纤维纱线织造过程顺利进行和良好的布面质量,介绍普通粘胶、莱赛尔、莫代尔和竹浆纤维4种常见再生纤维素纤维的结构特征、物理性能指标及其集聚纺纱线性能;分析其纱线对淀粉、PVA及其他浆料的选择、浆纱主要工艺参数设置以及浆纱生产操作要点;对比分析了集聚纺14.8 tex,9.8 tex,7.4 tex经纱浆纱质量指标。指出:再生纤维素纤维与棉纤维结构特征和物理性能指标存在较大差异,其纱线浆料应选择低粘度变性淀粉,配以适量部分醇解PVA、聚丙烯酸酯等;稳定浆纱质量,确保织造顺利的关键是保证浆液在纱线中的强渗透并严格控制回潮率、烘干温度和各区域伸长率,以减少纱线因过度伸长和烘干而导致的脆断,同时做到起机操作快,穿绞纱稳、准。

Yarn Characteristics and Sizing Production of Regenerated Cellulose Fibers

Abstract:In order to ensure that the yarn weaving process of regenerated cellulose fiber goes smoothly and the cloth surface quality is good,the structural characteristics,physical performance index and compact spinning yarn properties of four common regenerated cellulose fibers including ordinary viscose,lyocell,modal and bamboo pulp fiber are introduced.The selection of slurry,PVA and other sizing materials for yarn sizing,the setting of sizing process parameters and the key points of sizing production and operation are analyzed.The sizing quality indexes of compact spinning 14.8 tex,9.8 tex and 7.4 tex warps are compared and analyzed.It is pointed out that there are great differences in structural characteristics and physical performance index between regenerated cellulose fiber and cotton fiber,and we should choose low viscosity modified starch for yarn sizing,with appropriate amount of partial alcoholysis PVA,polyacrylate,etc.The key to stabilize sizing quality and ensure smooth weaving is to ensure the strong penetration of the sizing in the yarn and strictly control the moisture regain,drying temperature and elongation in each area,so as to reduce the brittleness caused by excessive elongation and drying of the yarn.At the same time,the starting operation must be fast,and the threading and skeining must be stable and accurate.
