碳短纤柔性梳理装置的设计与试验

摘要:为解决碳短纤梳理时易断裂、难成条等问题,基于碳纤维的硬脆特点,应用柔性梳理理念设计出简易碳短纤柔性梳理装置;详述其喂入装置、分梳机构和剥离齿的设计以及软毛片刷的材料选择,并试验对比传统梳理和柔性梳理装置碳短纤条子的制成率和15 mm短纤率。结果表明:使用尼龙丝制成软毛片刷、用树脂材料3D打印的简易柔性梳理装置,安装在快速成条仪上,可实现碳短纤梳理成条;相比传统梳理工艺,该柔性梳理装置的条子制成率高、15 mm短纤率小,可提高碳短纤条子的质量,拓宽碳短纤的应用方式,为碳短纤后续加工做好基础。

Design and Test of Carbon Short-staple Fiber Flexible Carding Device

Abstract:In order to solve the problem that carbon short-staple fiber is easy to break and difficult to form into  sliver when carding,a simple carbon short-staple fiber flexible carding device is designed applying the concept of flexible carding based on the hard and brittle characteristics of carbon fiber.The design of feeding device,carding mechanism and stripping teeth,and the material selection of soft film brush are described in detail.The yield and 15 mm short-staple fiber percentage of carbon short-staple sliver of traditional carding device and flexible carding device are tested and compared.The results show that the simple flexible carding device made of nylon filament brush and 3D printed with resin material is installed on the fast sliver forming instrument,which can card carbon fiber into sliver.Compared with the traditional carding process,the flexible carding device has high sliver yield and small 15 mm short-staple fiber percentage,which can improve the quality of carbon short-staple fiber sliver,broaden the application mode of carbon short-staple fiber,and lay a good foundation for the subsequent spinning of carbon short-staple fiber.
