高产梳棉机回转盖板踵趾面耐磨性研究

摘要:为了提高梳棉机回转盖板踵趾面的耐磨性,分析品牌梳棉机回转盖板踵趾面磨损情况,选用6种材质制作的不同厚度耐磨片与用HT200型灰口铸铁摩擦轮在专用摩擦装置上进行模拟试验;通过上机运行24 h后的摩擦情况统计分析,认为采用氧化锆瓷制作回转盖板踵趾面的耐磨性最好;实际生产验证陶瓷踵趾面回转盖板的传动负荷明显小于45号钢踵趾面盖板;上机运行2 a后,陶瓷踵趾面回转盖板曲轨无明显的磨损痕迹,踵趾面几乎未磨损,有利于延长梳棉机回转盖板踵趾面和曲轨使用寿命。

Study on Wear Resistance of Heel and Toe Surface of Rotary Flat of High Yield Carding Machine

Abstract:In order to improve the wear resistance of the heel and toe surface of the rotary flat of carding machine,the wear resistance of the heel and toe surface of rotary flat of the brand carding machine is analyzed.The simulation test is carried out on the special friction device with different thickness wear resistant sheets made of six kinds of materials and the HT200 gray cast iron friction wheel.Through the statistical analysis of friction after 24 h running on the machine,it is concluded that the wear resistance of the heel and toe surface of rotary flat made of zirconium oxide porcelain is the best.The actual production shows that the transmission load of the ceramic heel and toe surface rotary flat is obviously smaller than that of the 45 steel heel and toe surface flat.After running for two years,there is no obvious wear trace on the curved rail of the rotary flat of the ceramic heel and toe surface,and the heel and toe surface has almost no wear,which is conducive to extending the service life of the heel and toe surface and the curved rail of the carding machine.
