环锭纺弱捻纱的预防与控制

Abstract:In order to effectively prevent and control the soft twist yarn and avoid a great impact on the quality of later products，the harm of soft twist yarn is described，taking the loss of the soft twist yarn of the commpact spinning CJ 9.72 tex T yarn and the fabric ledge of the commpact spinning C 14.58 tex K yarn as examples，the causes of the soft twist yarn from the up and down deviation of the spindle tape，heavy punch and spindle tape problems and other aspects are analyzed.The measures to control the soft twist yarn are put forward. It is pointed out that the soft twist yarn caused by equipment repair should be mainly prevented.For the soft twist yarn caused by improper operation and poor cleaning，operators and cleaners should strengthen the review to ensure the good and stable operation of the relevant parts；the soft twist yarn found in the auto-winding process should be treated thoroughly by operators；in the process of production，we should pay attention to the variation of spinning speed to avoid the soft twist yarn caused by the large difference of spinning speed；effective prevention and control of soft twist yarn can ensure the improvement of yarn quality and quality of finished products.
