环锭纺弱捻纱的预防与控制

摘要:为了有效预防和控制弱捻纱,避免对后道产品质量产生较大影响,阐述弱捻纱的危害,以集聚纺CJ 9.72 tex T纱弱捻纱流失和集聚纺C 14.58 tex K纱织物横档为例,从锭带上下跑偏、重锤及锭带问题及其他方面分析弱捻纱的成因,提出控制弱捻纱的措施。指出:由设备整修造成的弱捻纱应以预防为主;对于由操作不当、清洁不良等造成的弱捻纱,挡车工、清洁工要加强复查,保证相关件运行状态良好、稳定;自络发现弱捻纱,挡车工要彻底处理;生产中应关注纺纱锭速变化,避免锭速差异过大导致弱捻纱;有效预防和控制弱捻纱,可确保成纱质量和后道产品质量的提升。

Prevention and Control of Soft Twist Yarn in Ring Spinning

Abstract:In order to effectively prevent and control the soft twist yarn and avoid a great impact on the quality of later products,the harm of soft twist yarn is described,taking the loss of the soft twist yarn of the commpact spinning CJ 9.72 tex T yarn and the fabric ledge of the commpact spinning C 14.58 tex K yarn as examples,the causes of the soft twist yarn from the up and down deviation of the spindle tape,heavy punch and spindle tape problems and other aspects are analyzed.The measures to control the soft twist yarn are put forward. It is pointed out that the soft twist yarn caused by equipment repair should be mainly prevented.For the soft twist yarn caused by improper operation and poor cleaning,operators and cleaners should strengthen the review to ensure the good and stable operation of the relevant parts;the soft twist yarn found in the auto-winding process should be treated thoroughly by operators;in the process of production,we should pay attention to the variation of spinning speed to avoid the soft twist yarn caused by the large difference of spinning speed;effective prevention and control of soft twist yarn can ensure the improvement of yarn quality and quality of finished products.
