摘要:针对亚麻纤维可纺性差、制成率低的问题,以节粗为2.6倍的亚麻/粘胶 60/40 118.1 tex赛络低捻竹节纱为例,针对原料特性制定各工序的控制预案,详细分析从清花到络筒各工序的工艺配置及主要技术措施。指出:纺亚麻类产品需做好预处理,保证上机回潮率;生产各工序搭棚隔离,提高可纺性;调小清花、梳棉等工序落棉率,回用下脚、回花,可降低亚麻纤维消耗;细纱严控温湿度、优化工艺后千锭时断头降低为35个,值车工劳动强度小、生产效率高;各工序重点控制条干、色差、纱疵及断头后,生产的亚麻/粘胶 60/40 118.1 tex赛络低捻竹节纱强力高,制品特性满足用户要求。

Production of Flax/Viscose Antibacterial and Hygroscopic Siro Spinning Low Twist Slub Yarn

Abstract:In order to solve the problems of poor spinnability and low turnoff rate of flax fiber,taking flax/R 60/40 118.1 tex siro spinning low twist slub yarn with 2.6 slub multiple as an example,the control plan of each process is formulated according to the raw material characteristics,and the process configuration and main technical measures of each process from cleaning to winding are analyzed in detail.It is pointed out that the flax products need to be pretreated to ensure the moisture return rate in carding process.The production process should be isolated by building sheds to improve the spinnability.Reducing the cotton waste rate of cleaning,carding and other processes,and reusing the offal and fiber waste,which can reduce the consumption of flax fiber.After strictly controlling the temperature and humidity of spinning yarn and optimizing the process,yarn breakage in per thousand spindle hour is reduced to 35,and the labor intensity of spinner is small and the production efficiency is high.The flax/R 60/40 118.1 tex siro spinning low twist slub yarn is produced with high strength and the product characteristics meet the requirements of users after controlling the evenness,color difference,yarn defects and breakage in each process.
