Abstract:In order to reduce the splice mistake rate，the problems are investigated from the four aspects of big suction nozzle card clothing state，sandpaper state，lumen state，the gauge and parallelism between the big suction nozzle and the cheese yarn，and corresponding improvement measures are formulated；through the data comparison before and after tackling key problems，it is shown that the yarn error rate and the splice mistake rate are greatly reduced when the machine is organized systematically.It is pointed out that we should deal with the backward single spindle and the unified single spindle state to reduce the splice mistake rate，and focus on improving the quality of equipment maintenance，which can further reduce the yarn error rate and the splice mistake rate，and improve production efficiency.
