细纱机中墙板涂装、组装及装箱工艺改进

Abstract:In order to improve efficiency and quality of coating，assembling and packing of middle wallboard for spinning frame，and achieve safe transportation，the existing process and existing problems of middle wallboard are analyzed.It is introduced in detail that the new and old production lines are connected by rotating and hanging station to realize natural drying，assembly of bearing seat，assembly of foot screws，packing and other flow operations.The coating process is optimized，and the mixed air spray gun is used instead of the ordinary air spray gun to reduce the spray hanging and spray splashing on middle wallboard.The use of EPS foam packing instead of inverted packing method，to ensure the transportation of the middle wall panel surface，positioning surface without collision，deformation，and dimensional accuracy is not lost；improve the workstation equipment，no need to turn over when on the production line.The results show that the paint cost of  middle wallboard in spinning frame is reduced by 10%～15%，the packaging cost is reduced by about 10%，the paint quality and packing quality are 100% qualified，the production efficiency is improved，the labor intensity is reduced，and the reliability and stability of middle wallboard are guaranteed.
