关于环锭纺加捻卷绕机构可否分离的探讨

为了进一步提升环锭纺纺纱速度和产能,从加捻卷绕驱动分离与加捻卷绕功能结构分离2方面探讨环锭纺加捻卷绕机构可否实现分离的问题;分析国内外发明专利中回转钢领加捻卷绕、回转导纱

摘要:为了进一步提升环锭纺纺纱速度和产能,从加捻卷绕驱动分离与加捻卷绕功能结构分离2方面探讨环锭纺加捻卷绕机构可否实现分离的问题;分析国内外发明专利中回转钢领加捻卷绕、回转导纱器无钢丝圈加捻卷绕的结构与纺纱试验案例,阐明环锭纺加捻卷绕驱动分离可以实现,但尚不具备产业化应用条件;国内多个环锭纺加捻卷绕功能机构分离的技术方案不符合环锭纺真捻加捻机理,属无真捻的假捻纺纱构想,而真正能将加捻卷绕功能机构分离的纺纱技术是自由端纺纱。指出:加捻方式是决定纺纱生产效能和能力的第一要素,提升环锭纺产能的发展方向,须在带有卷装加捻机构基础之上系统性地解决钢领、钢丝圈和气圈等制约因素。

Discussion on Whether the Twisting and Winding Mechanism of Ring
Spinning can be Detached

Abstract:In order to further improve the spinning speed and production capacity of ring spinning,the problem of whether the spinning twisting and winding mechanism of ring can be detached is discussed from the two aspects of the detaching of the twisting and winding drive and the detaching of the twisting and winding functional structure.The structure and spinning test cases of rotary ring twisting and winding and rotary yarn guide without traveler twisting and winding in domestic and foreign invention patents are analyzed,and it is expounded that the ring spinning twisting and winding drive detaching can be realized,but it is not ready for industrial application.Many domestic technical schemes for detaching twisting and winding functional mechanism of ring spinning do not conform to true twisting mechanism of ring spinning,which is a false twist spinning concept without true twisting.However,the real spinning technology that can detach twisting and winding functional mechanism is open-end spinning.It is pointed out that the twisting mode is the first factor to determine the production efficiency and capacity of spinning.To improve the development direction of ring spinning capacity,it is necessary to solve the restricting factors such as ring,traveler and balloon systematically on the basis of the winding and twisting mechanism.
