摘要：介绍新型机械集聚装置捷丽纺（COMPACTeasy）减少器材磨损、纱线参数和质量一致性高的特性、“y”通道优势；对比分析捷丽纺与普通环锭纺、其他机械集聚纺3种纺纱方法纺制不同品种纱线的效果。试用实践表明：捷丽纺装置是一种不增加能耗、完全机械集聚的纺纱系统；捷丽纺装置采用全新主牵伸区集棉器加控制棒加主集聚区集聚器的复合控制与引导集聚技术，适用于常见纺纱工艺，且纱线质量一致性好。

COMPACTeasy Device：the New Mechanical Compacting Solution for
Basic Compacting Needs

Abstract:The characteristics of reducing accessories wear，high consistency of yarn parameters and quality，and advantages of y-channel of new mechanical compacting device of COMPACTeasy are introduced.Yarn values achieved with COMPACTeasy vs. conventional ring spinning and other mechanical compacting systems for different yarn counts and materials are compared and analyzed.The trial practice shows that COMPACTeasy is a mechanical compacting system permitting real compacting without additional energy consumption.COMPACTeasy device adopts the new composite control and guiding compacting technology of cotton collector in main drafting zone plus control rod，and plus main commpacting zone commpactor，which is suitable for common spinning process and has good consistency of yarn quality.
