摘要:为了提高梳棉机的梳理效果,介绍梳棉机用固定盖板金属针布齿条工作角的设计原理,通过改变固定盖板金属针布齿条工作角的设计值,上机验证工作角变化对梳理指标的影响;详述使用同批原料,在TC5型梳棉机纺C 14.6 tex纱的试验条件、准备和要求,以及对生条和成纱的取样要求;在基本工艺设置和其他梳理元件配置不变的条件下,对比后固定盖板金属针布齿条在不同工作角时的生条和成纱质量。结果表明:后固定盖板金属针布齿条的工作角在梳理效能中发挥显著作用;在小于理论设计临界值的情况下,工作角越大,梳理效果越好;随着后固定盖板金属针布齿密的增加,可适当增大工作角以增强梳理效果。

Influence of Tooth Profile of MCC of Back Stationary Flat on Carding Effect

Abstract:In order to improve the carding effect of carding machine,the design principle of the working angle of MCC rack of stationary flat for carding machine is discribed.By changing the design value of the working angle of MCC rack of stationary flat,the influence of the change of working angle on carding index is verified on the machine.The test conditions,preparation and requirements of spinning C 14.6 tex yarn in the card TC5,as well as the sampling requirements of sliver and yarn with the same batch of raw materials are described in detail.Under the condition of the basic process setting and other carding components configuration unchanged,quality of card sliver and yarn of the MCC rack of back stationary flat at different working angles are compared.The results show that the working angle of the MCC rack of back stationary flat plays a significant role in carding efficiency.When the value is less than the theoretical design critical value,the larger the working angle is,the better the carding effect is.With the increase of the tooth density of the MCC of back stationary flat,the working angle can be appropriately increased to enhance the carding effect.
