摘要:为了更好地控制粗节纱疵,介绍纱疵的概念与分类;从原料、工艺设计、设备状态、运转操作、环境、检测等方面分析粗节纱疵产生原因;从布面、数据对比、切割、纱体4方面探讨粗节纱疵的分析方法;强调防止突发性密集型粗节和偶发性随机型粗节、优化电清清除功能,建立纱疵样卡档案,树立无疵管理理念,建立粗节纱疵防控机制。指出:影响粗节纱疵的因素多且复杂,其控制工作应长期坚持;掌握纱疵系统控制的方法,保持纱疵在较好水平,就是保持高效率与高质量。

Analysis and Control of Yarn Defects of Nubs

Abstract:In order to better control the yarn defects of nubs,the concept and classification of yarn defects are introduced.The causes of yarn defects of nubs are analyzed from the aspects of raw material,process design,equipment status,operation,environment and detection.The analysis method of yarn defects of nubs is discussed from four aspects of cloth surface,data comparison,cutting and yarn body.It is emphasized that we should establish the yarn defect sample card file,establish the no-defect management concept,and establish the prevention and control mechanism of yarn defects of nubs to prevent sudden intensive nubs and occasional random nubs,optimize the clearing function of electronic yarn cleaner.It is pointed out that there are many and complicated factors affecting yarn defects of nubs,and the control work should be maintained for a long time.To master the method of systematic control of yarn defects and keep yarn defects at a better level is to maintain high efficiency and quality.
