摘要:为了提高FB 9.8 ×FB 9.8×708.5×393.5×165直贡缎的浆纱好轴率和布机效率,从原纱质量、设备、工艺等方面分析浆轴存在的问题,通过整改浆纱设备、优化工艺参数、提升操作水平等措施,分析整经、浆纱、穿经工序的上车工艺。指出:纱线的毛羽、张力均匀性、回潮率及工艺操作等均会影响浆轴质量;选择渗透性好的低粘浆料配方、控制浆纱各区张力达到渗透兼被覆的上浆效果,可保证纱线强力、利于分绞、减少毛羽再生;织造采用“小开口、中张力、深后梁”和“中气压、早开口、早引纬、晚闭合、延长引纬时间”等工艺,可减少织物横档、断经和纬缩,使浆纱好轴率大于77%,织机效率约为88%,织疵水平小于10.5%。

Production Practice of FB 9.8 tex High Density Satin Drill

Abstract:In order to improve the sizing shaft rate and loom efficiency of the FB 9.8 ×FB 9.8×708.5×393.5×165 satin drill,the existing problems of sizing beam are analyzed from the aspects of original yarn quality,equipments and process,and the weaving process of warping,sizing and warp threading is analyzed by modifying sizing equipments,optimizing process parameters and improving operation level.It is pointed out that yarn hairiness,tension uniformity,moisture recovery and process operation all will affect the quality of sizing beam.Selecting the formula of low viscosity slurry with good permeability and controlling the tension of each zone of sizing to achieve the effect of infiltration and covering sizing,can ensure the yarn strength,and is facilitate leasing and can reduce hair regeneration;adopting the process of “small opening,medium tension,deep back beam”and “medium air pressure,early opening,early weft insertion,late closure and extended weft insertion time”,the filling band,broken warp and weft shrinkage of the fabric can be reduced,so that the sizing shaft rate is more than 77%,the loom efficiency is about 88%,and the level of defects is less than 10.5%.
