为了满足纺织设备高速高效发展及节能降耗需求,从结构、材料及物理性能指标等方面,分析NYCO®新型高效节电聚酯平带具有的优势,以实例介绍其常用规格型号及适用机型。

摘要:为了满足纺织设备高速高效发展及节能降耗需求,从结构、材料及物理性能指标等方面,分析NYCO®新型高效节电聚酯平带具有的优势,以实例介绍其常用规格型号及适用机型。指出:NYCO®新型高效节电聚酯平带性能优良,具有传动效率高、使用寿命长、维修方便、更换简单等特性;不同机型的应用实例参数表明其节电效果显著,符合国家节能减排和低碳经济发展方向。

The NYCO® New High Efficiency and Energy Saving Polyester Belt

Abstract:In order to meet the needs of high speed and efficient development and energy saving and consumption reduction of textile equipments,the advantages of the NYCO® new high efficiency and energy saving polyester belts (for short “TE belts”) are analyzed from the aspects of structural materials and its physical performance indexes,and common specifications and models and applicable models are also introduced.It is pointed out that the TE belts have excellent performance,high transmission efficiency,long service life,and are convenient maintenance,simple replacement and so on;the different application examples show that the power saving effect is remarkable,which accords with the development direction of national energy saving and low-carbon economy.
