环锭纺双向延伸胶圈超大牵伸装置纺纱工艺研究

为了改善细纱超大牵伸装置重定量纺纱效果,分析设计的环锭纺双向延伸胶圈四罗拉超大牵伸装置的结构;从变速点分布、胶圈松紧边、重定量纺纱及弯钩纤维的伸直等方面探讨该装置机理。

摘要:为了改善细纱超大牵伸装置重定量纺纱效果,分析设计的环锭纺双向延伸胶圈四罗拉超大牵伸装置的结构;从变速点分布、胶圈松紧边、重定量纺纱及弯钩纤维的伸直等方面探讨该装置机理。通过试验,对比普通牵伸装置小定量与超大牵伸装置重定量纺不同线密度纱线的指标,以及重定量纺制21.1 tex纱不同牵伸分配的纺纱效果。结果表明:超大牵伸装置重定量纺制线密度较小纱线时,纱线强力和条干均匀度优于普通牵伸装置小定量纺纱,但毛羽数量有所增加;通过改变牵伸区牵伸配合,重定量喂入可达到小定量喂入的纺纱效果,提高了细纱机生产效率。指出:双向延伸胶圈四罗拉超大牵伸装置,在不改变前区牵伸倍数时能有效将后区牵伸倍数提高至2~3倍,在纺制线密度较小的纱线领域应用前景较好。

Research on Spinning Process of Super-large Drafting Device with Bi-directional
Extended Apron for Ring Spinning

Abstract:In order to improve the spinning effect of super-large drafting device with heavy weight per unit in spinning,the structure of the designed four-roller super-large drafting device with bi-directional extended apron for ring spinning is analyzed.The mechanism of the device is discussed from aspects of the distribution of variable speed points,the elastic and tight edge of the apron,spinning in heavy weight per unit and the elongation of the hook fiber.Through the experiment,the indexes of different linear density yarns spinning in common drafting device with small weight per unit and super-large drafting device with heavy weight per unit are compared,and the spinning effects of heavy weight per unit spinning of 21.1 tex yarns with different drafting distribution are compared.The results show that in spinning small linear density yarn of super-large drafting device with heavy weight per unit,the strength and evenness of the yarn are better than those of the common drafting device with small weight per unit,but the number of hairiness is increased.By changing the drafting match in the drafting zone,the spinning effect of small weight per unit can be achieved by heavy weight per unit feeding,and the production efficiency of spinning frame is improved.It is pointed out that the four-roller super-large drafting device with bi-directional extended apron can make the drafting ratio of the back zone increased effectively by 2~3 times without changing drafting ratio of front zone,and it has a good application prospect in the field of spinning yarn with small linear density.
