FTA法在齿条垫纸机可靠性设计中的应用

为提高齿条垫纸机运行的稳定性以保护金属针布齿条质量,通过故障树分析法(FTA),建立以齿条垫纸机纸张跑偏或碎纸为顶事件的故障树模型,找出造成故障发生底事件的逻辑关系

摘要:为提高齿条垫纸机运行的稳定性以保护金属针布齿条质量,通过故障树分析法(FTA),建立以齿条垫纸机纸张跑偏或碎纸为顶事件的故障树模型,找出造成故障发生底事件的逻辑关系,制定对应的措施以消除齿条垫纸机故障。指出:FTA法找到导致顶事件发生的每个底事件均会导致齿条垫纸机故障发生;导纸机构导向性差与喂纸实时需求长度不准确的底事件最多,可通过优化导纸机构设计、提高制造精度以及提高编码器和步进电机精度、优化电控程序消除;FTA法能帮助企业人员了解并掌握齿条垫纸机失效模式与失效原因,据此制定措施可提高齿条垫纸机质量和金属针布齿条冲、淬、卷生产线的效率并降低生产成本。

Application of FTA in Reliability Design of the Rack Cushion Paper Machine

Abstract:In order to improve the stability of the rack cushion paper machine and protect the quality of the MCC rack,the method of fault tree analysis (FTA) is used to establish a fault tree model with the top event of paper deviating or paper shredding of rack cushion paper machine,find out the logical relationship of the bottom event that caused the failure and formulate corresponding measures to eliminate the fault of rack cushion paper machine.It is pointed out that using the method of FTA to find out each bottom event which leads to the top event will lead to the fault of rack cushion paper machine.The bottom events of poor guiding performance of paper-guiding mechanism and inaccurate real-time demand length of paper-feeding are the most,it can be eliminated by optimizing the design of paper-guiding mechanism,improving the manufacturing accuracy and the accuracy of encoder and stepping motor,and optimizing the electronic control program.The method of FTA can help enterprise personnel to understand and master the failure mode and failure reason of the rack cushion paper machine,according to this,the measures are formulated,which can improve the quality of the rack cushion paper machine and the efficiency of the rack in punching and quenching of the MCC,and reduce the production cost.
