剑杆织机用凸轮机构设计

针对纺织机械用凸轮设计与制造的基础理论研究不足的现状,从纺织工艺与凸轮机构运动特性耦合的视角,提出凸轮从动件运动规律反求、拟合与重构方法,并进行系列化设计

摘要:针对纺织机械用凸轮设计与制造的基础理论研究不足的现状,从纺织工艺与凸轮机构运动特性耦合的视角,提出凸轮从动件运动规律反求、拟合与重构方法,并进行系列化设计;介绍以实现纺织工艺为根本目标,以凸轮机构运动规律特性为核心,以复杂纺织机械系统设计与动力学分析为手段的3个设计原则;以剑杆织机用凸轮机构设计为例,分析旋转式电子多臂开口凸轮、变导程螺旋引纬凸轮、共轭凸轮打纬机构的运动与工艺特性,阐述纺织工艺与机械设计耦合作用下剑杆织机用凸轮的设计理论与方法。指出:应从纺织工艺的差异化需求出发,开发系列化凸轮,提升装备的可靠性、稳定性和核心竞争力。

Design of Cam Mechanism for Rapier Loom

Abstract:In view of the lack of research on the basic theory of cam design and manufacture for textile machinery,a method of inverse calculation,fitting and reconstruction of cam follower motion law is proposed from the perspective of coupling between textile process and cam mechanism motion characteristics,and a series design is carried out.Three design principles,which take the realization of textile process as the fundamental goal,the movement law and characteristics of cam mechanism as the core,and the design and dynamic analysis of complex textile machinery system as the means,are introduced.Taking the design of the cam mechanism for rapier loom as an example,the motion and process characteristics of the rotary electronic dobby open cam,the variable lead spiral weft insertion cam and the conjugate cam beating-weft mechanism are analyzed,and the theory and method of design cam for rapier loom under the coupling action of textile process and mechanical design are expounded.It is pointed out that the development of serial cams should be based on the different needs of textile process to improve the reliability,stability and core competitiveness of equipments.
