摘要:为了减小纺织企业员工流失率、提升顶岗达成率,提高新员工的培训质量,以公司制衣事业部二级培训为例,从培训流程、培训图形、培训组计划、培训模式4方面介绍新员工培训方法;分析各级培训目标设定方案,确立合格标准和毕业标准;通过优化培训师设置、提升培训师业务素质等措施,提升培训效率和效果。指出:新员工培训是纺织企业最重要的人力资本投资,对提高企业管理水平和生产效率作用重大;要完善科学的培训体系、转变培训观念、加强短期培训效果的评估、建立合理的激励机制,保证培训效果卓成有效,提高员工综合素质和人力资本存量。

Discussion on Short-term Training of Basic Skills for New Employees in Textile Enterprises

Abstract:In order to reduce the employee turnover rate,improve the completion rate of post,and improve the training quality of new employee of textile enterprises,taking the second-level training of the clothing division of the company as an example,the new employee training methods are introduced from four aspects of training process,training graphics,training group plan and training mode.The training goal setting program at all levels is analyzed,and the qualification standard and graduation standard are established.The efficiency and effect of training are improved by optimizing setting of the trainers and improving the professional quality of trainers.It is pointed out that the training of new employees is the most important human capital investment for textile enterprises,which plays an important role in improving the management level and production efficiency of enterprises.It is necessary to perfect the scientific training system,change the training concept,strengthen the evaluation of the short-term training effect,establish a reasonable incentive mechanism,so as to ensure the training effect is outstanding and effective,and improve the comprehensive quality of employees and the stock of human capital.
