防钻绒面料设计新思路

摘要:为解决防钻绒面料难以织造、轧光和涂层整理后变硬的问题,通过对比聚乳酸(PLA)纤维和常用纤维物理性能,表明聚乳酸纤维具有较好的可纺性;根据4类聚乳酸纤维纯纺和混纺检测数据,提出一般防钻绒坯布纱号、经纬密度与组织结构关系。实践表明:含有聚乳酸纤维的纱线经染整具有较大收缩而增大了纱线线密度的特点,防钻绒坯布采取较小的密度生产、后整理时利用其收缩性使成品密度增大以防钻绒;纱线中混入一定量聚乳酸纤维的防钻绒面料,手感好、透气性好,无摩擦声响,富有光泽、抗皱并具有天然抗菌环保特性。

Abstract:In order to solve the problems of hard weaving,and getting hard after calendering and coating finishing,the physical properties of polylactic acid(PLA) fiber and common fibers are compared,and it is showed that PLA fiber has good spinnability.Based on the testing data of pure and blends spinning of four types of PLA fibers,the relationship between yarn number,warp and weft density and structure of general drilling proof fabric is put forward.The practice shows that the yarn containing PLA fiber has the characteristics of larger shrinkage after dyeing and finishing and the linear density of yarn increasing;the drilling proof fabric is produced with a smaller density and its shrinkage is used to increase the density of the finished product in order to prevent drilling.The drilling proof fabric with the yarn containing a certain amount of PLA fiber has good feel,good air permeability,no friction and sound,full of luster,anti-wrinkle and has natural anti-bacterial and environmental protection characteristics.
