摘要:为提高铝套管锭子支持器的可靠性,介绍传统支持器的特点与安装结构及内凹台阶沉孔的生产工艺,计算支持器用弹簧刚度,简述内凹台阶沉孔三维造型的方法,并设计弹性支持器的结构、详析其优劣。指出:带有弹簧支持器的铝套管锭子适用于集体落纱;弹性支持器因借助经纱筒管内壁压缩弹性体而发生弹性变形,依靠回弹力即能夹紧筒管,并由锭子带动筒管同步旋转实现纱线的卷绕;结构简单的弹性支持器采用耐磨聚氨酯材料制造,其注塑或混炼成型模具简单、生产效率高、成本低且实用性强,有一定的吸振阻尼性,能提升锭子旋转精度并减少纺纱断头。

Thinking About the Supporter Structure of Aluminum-lined Spindle

Abstract:In order to improve the reliability of the supporter of aluminum-lined spindle,the characteristics and installation structure of the traditional supporter and the production process of the concave step counterbore are introduced.The spring stiffness for supporter is calculated,and the method of three-dimensional modeling for concave step counterbore are briefly introduced.The structure of the elastic supporter is designed and its advantages and disadvantages are analyzed in detail.It is pointed out that the aluminum-lined spindle with spring supporter is suitable for collective doffing.The elastic supporter can compress the elastic body with the help of the inner wall of the warp tube,and the tube can be clamped with the help of the rebound force,and the spindle drives the tube to rotate synchronously to realize the yarn winding.The elastic supporter with simple structure is made of wear-resistant polyurethane material,its injection mold or mixing forming mold is simple,with high production efficiency,low cost and strong practicability.It has a certain vibration absorption damping,which can improve the spindle rotation accuracy and reduce the yarn breakage.
