布料纵向大损伤在线自动检测装置设计

摘要:为解决织造过程中因剪毛机运行时不能及时检出布料纵向大损伤、造成布料浪费的问题;介绍设计的布料纵向大损伤在线自动检测装置的要求、组成、工作原理等总体方案;分析该装置机械部分设计的重要指标、技术要求、公差要求、热处理要求,以及检测模块、补光模块和驱动模块设计等,并制作实物缩小模型,验证布匹检测成功率及整体运转效果。指出:装置采用STC89S52单片机作为主控制器,采用5506型光敏电阻检测光强;用实测值与设定值的偏差控制MOC3022型双向晶闸管控制220 V/40 W可调光光源作为补光系统;采用60KTYZ爪极式永磁同步电机作为驱动模块;设计方案检测成功率高、故障率低,各项功能达到要求,能够代替人工检测,且省时省力、检测精准。

Design of On-line Automatic Detection Device for Longitudinal Large Damage of Fabric

Abstract:In order to solve the problem of fabric waste caused by the longitudinal large damage of fabric which can not be detected in time during the operation of shearing machine in weaving process,the overall scheme of on-line automatic detection device for longitudinal large damage of fabric is introduced from the aspects of requirements,composition and working principle. The important indexes,technical requirements,tolerance requirements,heat treatment requirements,the design of detection module,light supplementary module and drive module of the mechanical part of the device are analyzed,and the physical miniaturization model is made to verify the success rate and overall operation effect of fabric detection.It is pointed out that the device uses single chip microcomputer STC89S52 as the main controller and the photosensitive resistance 5506 is used to detect the light intensity.The deviation between the measured value and the set value is used to control the bidirectional thyristor MOC3022,so as to control the dimmable light source 220 V/40 W as the supplementary light system,and the claw pole permanent magnet synchronous motor 60KTYZ is used as the driving module.The design scheme has high detection success rate and low failure rate,and all functions meet the requirements,and it can replace manual detection and realize time-saving,labor-saving and accurate detection.
