Abstract:In order to improve the operation efficiency and the stability of carding quality of blowing-carding unit,the causes of equipment faults,troubleshooting methods and the measures to improve maintenance efficiency are analyzed.The troubleshooting process and solution of different faults are analyzed through examples.It is pointed out that the failure rate and maintenance efficiency of blowing-carding unit affect the supply of previous and following process and the stability of carding quality.The maintenance workers need to maintain the equipments carefully,the operators need to operate and use the equipments correctly,and the technicians need to master the advanced process and the structural principle of the advanced equipments,and innovate boldly in the actual production,so as to make good use of the blowing-carding unit.
