  Abstract:In order to improve the output and quality of yarn,the important influence of the task and operation management of spinning process on spinning quality is analyzed,and the practical significance of learning from the advanced group such as Hao Jianxiu group and Zhao Mengtao group in the aspects of clean production,variety modification,reasonable circuit,shift system,operation theory knowledge and practical training.It is pointed out that the technical level and operation skills of operators can be improved by strengthening the spinning operation management.Summarizing good operation methods and exploring suitable operation methods for new spinning requirements are the guarantee for reducing yarn defects and improving spinning output and quality.
