纤维短流程开松梳理生产设备探讨

Abstract:In order to satisfy the production requirements for short-process opening and carding of single or multicomponent fiber，the principle and application of the carding equipments for special single fiber such as special fiber easy to damage，linen，wool and easy combing ceramic fiber，as well as the structure of short-flow system and the configuration characteristics of equipments of opening and carding process for multicomponent fiber are described.It is pointed out that complete equipments for automatic mixing，opening and carding of multicomponent fibers can be used for blending，opening and carding of raw materials such as cotton，wool，nonwovens and special fibers，and can realize diversified spinning with small batch，multiple varieties and short process and meet the personalized and differentiated needs of the market.Reasonable selection of equipments and process plays an important role in raw material blending and carding，and is beneficial to improve yarn quality.
