细号高密织物浆纱不用PVA的工艺研究与实践

摘要:为解决细号高密织物浆纱不用或少用PVA的问题,达到既降低产品生产成本又满足环保的要求,分析替代PVA浆料的性能要求,优选对比PR-Su浆料与PVA的性能指标;选择细号高密平布CJ 9.7×CJ 9.7×681×464.5×305和CJ/竹(50/50) 7.3×CJ/竹(50/50) 7.3×665×417×167.5作为试验产品,对比应用优化的新配方浆料的织造效果、分析织机效率和浆纱消耗。试验结果表明:选用PR-Su浆料的含固量和上浆率应略高,浆槽温度应适当降低,浆纱回潮率宜偏高掌握;PR-Su浆料浆纱干分绞轻快、落浆落物减少、毛羽贴伏良好、二次毛羽数量减少,完全能够满足浆纱质量要求,对织造非常有利。

Abstract:In order to solve the problem of using less or no PVA in fine high-density fabric sizing to reduce the production costs and meet the environmental protection requirements,the performance requirements of the slurry replacing PVA is analyzed,and the performance indexes of PR-Su slurry and PVA are optimized and compared.Fine high-density plain cloth of CJ 9.7×CJ 9.7×681×464.5×305 and CJ/bamboo (50/50) 7.3×CJ/bamboo (50/50) 7.3×665×417×167.5 are selected as test products,and the loom efficiency and sizing consumption are analyzed by comparing the weaving effect of the optimized new sizing formula.The results show that the solid content and sizing rate of the selected PR-Su slurry should be slightly higher,the temperature of the sizing tank should be appropriately lower,and the moisture recovery of the sizing yarn should be on the high side.PR-Su slurry can meet the quality requirement of sizing yarn,and is very beneficial to weaving,for it has the advantages in sizing yarn of quick dry skein,less falling grain,good hair attachment and less secondary hair.
