Abstract:In order to accelerate the application and implementation of basic common and key technical standards of national intelligent manufacturing in the textile industry,provide effective basic support for textile intelligent manufacturing,and clarify the thinking of application standard formulation of intelligent textile equipments,the orientation and composition of intelligent textile machine standard system of Guidelines for Intelligent Textile Equipment Application Standard Formulation are introduced.The connotation of the principle of“commonness first,urgent use first”,and the general situation of the series standards of Interconnection and Interoperation of Textile Equipment is expounded.The key tasks of textile intelligent manufacturing during the 14th Five-year Plan period,as well as the necessity of improving the intelligent manufacturing level of textile machinery and accessories manufacturing enterprises are analyzed in detail.It is pointed out that intelligent manufacturing needs standards first,and it is urgent to formulate and standardize intelligent standards,so the rules and scope of application standards should be determined as soon as possible.The establishment of the national standard system and the release of standards provide norms for the research and application of intelligent manufacturing technologies in various industries.The standard system of intelligent spinning machine is composed of intelligent textile equipments,intelligent textile factory and intelligent textile service.The maturity of key intelligent technologies of textile machinery and the emergence of technical application requirements are the prerequisites for the establishment of application standards of intelligent textile equipments.
