新型激光冲淬金属针布齿条联合线的研究与设计

摘要:为了提高金属针布齿条产质量和制造效率,分析现有冲淬金属针布齿条联合生产线流程及冲齿、淬火工序要求及其存在的弊端;结合激光淬火工艺和图像测量技术,提出新型激光冲淬金属针布齿条联合生产线的工艺和设备功能要求;介绍新联合生产线放料机、校直牵料机、冲齿设备、激光淬火处理机、图像测量系统和卷绕包装机的结构及功能,详细分析其设计方案、工艺过程与各单元功能。指出:新型激光冲淬金属针布齿条联合生产线具备主动放料牵料、高速旋转冲切、激光淬火热处理、图像测量与报警、自动卷绕与排料、自动垫防护纸及在线称量等功能,能提高冲齿设备驱动电机速度和增加冲模数量,提高整条线的生产效率;新型生产线操作环境得到极大改善、污染小,制造的金属针布齿条质量高、性能佳。

Research and Design of a New Type of MCC Rack Combination
 Line with Laser Punching and Quenching

Abstract:In order to improve the yield and quality and the manufacturing efficiency of MCC rack,the process flow of existing MCC rack combination line with punching and quenching and the requirements of punching and quenching process,as well as the existing disadvantages are analyzed.Combining with the technology of laser quenching and image measurement,the process and equipment function requirements of the new type of MCC rack combination line with laser punching and quenching are put forward.The structure and the function of the feeding machine,straightening and drafting machine,gear punching equipment,laser quenching processor,image measurement system and winding packaging machine of the new combined production line are introduced, and the design scheme,process and function of each unit are analyzed in detail.It is pointed out that the new type of MCC rack combination line with laser punching and quenching has the functions of active feeding and drafting,high-speed rotary punching,laser quenching heat treatment,image measurement and alarm,automatic winding and arraying,automatic padding of protective paper and on-line weighing,it can improve the speed of the driving motor of the gear punching equipment and increase the number of stamping dies,and improve the production efficiency of the whole line.The new production line can greatly improve the operating environment and reduce the pollution,and make the MCC rack of high quality and good performance.
