大齿条自动冲切生产线的设计与研发

摘要:针对旋冲式冲淬联合线无法生产大齿条的弊端,设计了以CP-25T型高速冲床为冲切动力的大齿条在线自动冲切生产线,阐述大齿条概念、主要工艺流程及设备功能要求,详细分析该生产线的设计方案及放料机、校直牵料机、冲模设备、伺服牵料机和卷绕包装机等设备组成、结构及作用原理。指出:大齿条自动冲切生产线具备被动放料、高速冲床冲切、伺服牵料、自动卷绕收料、自动垫纸及在线称量等功能,使大齿条的成型得以实现;该生产线利用原CP-25T型高速冲床,针对临时订单,可随时组装成线进行生产,机动性好,能提高设备利用率和经济效益;高速冲床整体冲切线速度相对较慢,仅为3.6 m/min,但因其冲切力大,设备整体刚性好,特别适合冲切尺寸较大、基部较宽的大齿条。

Design and Development of the Automatic Punching Production Line for Large Rack

Abstract:Aiming at the defect that the rotational punching-quenching line can’t product large rack,the online automatic punching production line for large rack is designed taking the hi-speed punch CP-25T as punching power,and the concept of large rack,main process and function requirements of equipments are described.The design scheme of the production line and the composition,structure and function principle of the equipments such as feeding machine,straightening and drawing machine,punching die equipment,servo drawing machine and winding and packaging machine are analyzed in detail.It is pointed out that the automatic punching production line for large rack has such functions as passive feeding,hi-speed punch punching,servo drawing,automatic winding and receiving,automatic pad of paper and online weighing,etc.,so that the forming of large rack can be realized.The production line uses the original hi-speed punch CP-25T,which can be assembled into a line for production at any time according to the temporary order,so the equipment utilization rate and economic benefits can be improved with its good mobility.The overall punching speed of the hi-speed punch is relatively slow,just for 3.6 m/min.However,due to its large punching force and good overall rigidity of the equipment,it is especially suitable for the large rack with larger punching size and wider base.
