摘要:为了探寻高精度、高效率的制造工艺以提升Lyocell纤维喷丝板产品整体质量水平,介绍Lyocell纤维纺丝特点,分析对比熔融法纺丝喷丝板与湿法纺丝、干法纺丝、干湿法纺丝喷丝头在结构形式、基体材质及制造工艺的区别,指明Lyocell纤维纺丝属于溶液纺丝中的干湿法纺丝。以圆环形Lyocell纤维喷丝板的制造工艺为例,阐述其选材、制坯、冲孔、表面抛光及清洁技术,即圆环形Lyocell纤维喷丝板选用厚度为1.2 mm的1Cr17不锈钢板材,冲孔时将坯料安装在自动冲孔夹具中,冲孔程序设定为由外至内逐圈按坐标信息冲孔,清洗吹干后再进行第二道冲孔;全部冲制三道孔的喷丝板,在平面抛光机上进行砂光和抛光处理。指出:微孔单孔多次冲挤法冲孔可保证微孔的直孔长径比,减少断针数;采用数控冲孔可减少人工误差,提高一致性和加工效率;喷丝板产品整体质量水平达到预期效果。

Study on Manufacturing Process of Lyocell Fiber Spinneret

Abstract:To explore high precision and high efficiency manufacturing process to improve the overall quality level of Lyocell fiber spinneret product,the spinning characteristics of Lyocell fiber are introduced,and the differences are analyzed and compared in structure,matrix material and manufacturing process between melt spinning spinnerets and wet spinning spinnerets,dry spinning spinnerets and dry-wet spinning spinnerets.It is indicated that Lyocell fiber spinning belongs to dry-wet spinning of solution spinning.Taking the manufacturing process of circular Lyocell fiber spinneret as an example,the material selection,blank making,punching,surface polishing and cleaning technologies are described,that is,the circular Lyocell fiber spinneret is made of 1Cr17 stainless steel plate with thickness of 1.2 mm.When punching,the blank is installed in the automatic punching fixture,and the punching program is set as punching from the outside to the inside round and round according to the coordinate information,and the second punching is carried out after cleaning and blow-drying.The spinneret all punched three hole is sanded and polished on a flat polisher.It is pointed out that the single-hole multiple punching method can ensure the length-diameter ratio of micropore and reduce the number of broken needles.CNC punching can reduce the manual error,and improve the consistency and machining efficiency.The overall quality level of spinneret plate reaches the expected effect.
