摘要:为了提高梳棉机产量,满足客户指标要求,介绍弹性盖板针布的发展方向;对比不同梳棉机产量时弹性盖板针布由TB52型更换为TB55型前、后纺集聚纺CJ 11.7 tex纱以及普梳、集聚纺C 14.6 tex纱时生条AFIS和成纱质量指标。试纺数据表明:在FA203B型梳棉机工艺条件和其他梳理针布配置不变时,更换弹性盖板针布后生条AFIS总棉结下降24%,短绒率增加10%,成纱+200%棉结下降59%;梳棉机台时产量由18 kg/h提高到30 kg/h,生产效率大幅提高,台产量达35 kg/h时成纱指标恶化不严重,能满足梳理质量要求;该针布对精梳品种棉结改善较大,纺普梳品种应结合梳理原理选配新型器材专件,以提高梳理效果和成纱质量。

Application Practice of the Elastic Flat Clothing TB55

Abstract:In order to increase the output of carding machine and meet the customer’s requirements,the development direction of elastic flat clothing is introduced.The strip AFIS and yarn quality indexes of compact spinning CJ 11.7 tex yarn and general carded and compact spinning C 14.6 tex yarn are compared before and after changing elastic flat clothing from TB52 to TB55 in different carding machine outputs.The test spinning data indicate that when the process conditions of the carding machine FA203B and other carding clothing configuration are unchanged,the total neps of the strip AFIS after changing elastic flat clothing decreased by 24%,the short fibre rate increased by 10%,and the yarn +200% neps decreased by 59%.The output of one carding machine is up from 18 kg/h to 30 kg/h,and the production efficiency is greatly improved.When the output of one carding machine is up to 35 kg/h,and the yarn indexes are not seriously deteriorated,and the requirements of carding quality can be met.The elastic flat clothing can improve the combed cotton neps greatly,and it is necessary to combine the combing principle with the new accessories to improve the combing effects and yarn quality.
